Ingredients

8 tomatoes
200 grams bulgur
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch mint
cinnamon
1 teaspoon ras el hanout
1 tablespoon raisins
1 bouillon (chick, tablet)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2Boil water with bouillon tablet. Pour in bulgur, cook 10 minutes until soft. Drain.
3Wash the tomatoes and cut off the top. Using a sharp knife, neatly cut out the tomato pulp.
4Drain the pulp and chop. Chop parsley and mint finely.
5Mix parsley, mint, bulgur, raisins, tomato pulps, Ras El Hanout, olive oil, and a pinch of cinnamon.
6Adjust the seasoning.
7Stuff the tomatoes, place them in an oven dish, bake for 40 minutes.
