Great, I didn’t have siracha so I just used chulula hot sauce. Perfect, plus the sugar snap peas I bought were great raw. I did bail on the diagonal cuts, Im not that patient.

Delicious. Can't wait to make it again, but a double portion next time. Didn't do all the steps, just fried the garlic and ginger then added the rest.madd it second time, nice, added peas and Bell peppers and nigella seeds.
