Delicious! Great with some white rice. It isn't as spicy as it sounds. Everyone loved it, including the kids.

So much flavor! Will make it again. Husband wants more. I doubled the recipe and used two sheets to cook on and used the 2nd rack to make sure the food was cooked through.
