  • 12 ounces Tyson® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1/4 cup Thai peanut salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 12 ounces broccoli slaw mix
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas (halved)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, combine salad dressing, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
    2. In a large bowl mix Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, broccoli slaw, sugar snap peas and cilantro.
    3. Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 15 minutes.
