- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger root (grated)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (crushed)

Directions
- In medium microwave-safe bowl, stir together ingredients. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1 1/2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds. Serve warm with baked ham.
- Makes about 3/4 cup sauce.
