  • 1 package penne pasta
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 chicken fillets
  • olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons tandoori spices
  • olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • cream (10 cl.)


  1. 1Cook the penne to al dente in boiling salted water.
  2. 2Wash and grate the zucchini
  3. 3Cut the chicken into cubes.
  4. 4Heat a little olive oil in a skillet.
  5. 5Add the chicken to the skiillet and cook until browned.
  6. 6Add the zucchini and mix.
  7. 7Add the tandoori and cream, mix and simmer.
