This Spicy Summer Chicken Skewers recipe is just what you need to show everyone your cooking skills. It takes 50 minutes to prepare this recipe for six servings, so make sure you plan accordingly. Ingredients

2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons turmeric
1 teaspoon saffron threads
30 green olives
3 tablespoons olive oil
60 grams chopped almonds
2 lemon
3 tablespoons coriander (chopped)
6 chicken breasts

Directions

1Mix cumin, cinnamon, turmeric and saffron threads in a dish.
2Add the olives, olive oil, and almonds.
3Rinse the lemons and cut them into segments.
4Add them in the dish with coriander. Mix marinade well.
5Cut the chicken into medium sized cubes, and add to marinade. Mix so that chicken pieces are coated with the marinade.
6Marinate for 4 to 8 hours.
7Preheat oven to 240 degrees Celsius.
8Prick pieces of chicken on skewers, alternating with olives and lemon.
9Bake for 15 minutes, turning the skewers.
