    The flavor is really unique and worth trying if you are trying to branch away from the same old-same old. The directions lost a ratings star because the butternut squash took a lot longer than expected to get soft. It says about 30 minutes, but it actually took over an hour. Go light on the paprika and red pepper flakes... a little goes a long way. I made this with rice.
