  • salsa (Avocado)
  • 1 tomato (seeded and chopped)
  • 1 avocado (peeled, seeded and cut into chunks)
  • 1 jalapeno (seeded and chopped)

Amazingly tangly and light enough to not feel like a tubbo!
The marinade is delicious, so simple, and great on other white fish! I add a layer of raw broccoli-slaw (or coleslaw) to add a little extra crunch to the tacos (and to sneak in some more veggies).
These tacos were AMAZING! Loved loved loved them!

Okay, not really spicy...but good. Followed the recipe....used corn tortillas because they were on hand...really liked the salsa.
It was really easy to make!! And my family loved it!!! It was not spicy at all I spiced it up with cayenne pepper and a dash of Franks Red Hot sauce. I think I will NOT grill the flour tortillas it got hard and then flakes and it just fell apart.
It was super easy and delicious!

It was good, made this for 4 adults and 2 kids, so I tripled everything. I used medium shrimp and next time I'll use large or even extra large, shrimp got real small after it cooked.

This was amazing! I added red onion and a small amount of red and orange bell pepper, and cilantro basically everywhere. Ha. The avocado salsa was amazing. I could picture making this also with snapper or other types of fish, and experimenting with different types of tortillas. Maybe adding different cheeses and/or pickled onion or beets like the local street taco restaurant does. You could also experiment a bit with the sour cream sauce. Yummy!

the best thing about the recipe is how quick and easy it is. I marinated the shrimp for about 7 hours. I will make double the marinade next time bc the amount in the recipe didnt really "drench" the shrimp, and i will leave out the cilantro. I also substituted pre cut avacodo chunks and a fresh salsa out of the produce section. This was a great option for a busy weekday!
