Made with polish kielbasa and penne pasta because that is what we had on hand. I did not add pepper flakes. The entire family liked it. Will definitely be making again. (The one pan clean up is nice too!)

One pot meals are always great and this one has become a staple in our house! Our kids generally don't like it spicy so I usually omit or don't add as much crushed red pepper.
