Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • oil
  • salt

Directions

  1. 1Wash the potatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Cut into wedges.
  2. 2Boil water in a saucepan and add the potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  3. 3Mix the oregano, thyme, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika with the flour. Coat the potatoes with the spice mixture.
