Description

Ingredients

1 kilogram potatoes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon flour
oil
salt

Directions

1Wash the potatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Cut into wedges.
2Boil water in a saucepan and add the potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.
3Mix the oregano, thyme, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika with the flour. Coat the potatoes with the spice mixture.
4Spread the potatoes out onto a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Bake until tender and crunchy.
