Should have baked instead of broiled. Didn't have the option to grill. Good flavor. Juicy.

I over did it on the chilli but apart from that a really simply recipe, added Mediterranean vegetables.

Really great and easy. If your family doesn't care much for smoked paprika, mine didn't, it's easy enough to swap out.
