Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and place in large bowl; let cool slightly. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together peanut sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add cucumber, carrots and green onions to pasta; toss dressing with noodle mixture. Serve, or chill up to 4 hours. Stir again before serving. Garnish with cilantro and peanuts.
