  • 1 onion (big, finely chopped)
  • 2 inches ginger (large piece, finely chopped)
  • 3 garlic (large cloves, finely chopped)
  • 2 clove (no.s)
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • turmeric powder (a pinch)
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon masala (Mutton)
  • 5 sprigs coriander leaves
  • pepper (Powder to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 3 teaspoons oil

    Directions

    1. Wash and cut the mushrooms into bite size pieces and keep aside.
    2. Heat oil in a pan,add clove cinnamon,fennel seeds wait till it splutter and add ginger-garlic and fry for a minute and add finely chopped onions,sprinkle some salt and fry till onion turns light golden brown.
    3. After that,add mushroom,peas,stir fry for a minute.
