Delicious! Served mine over cheesy zucchini orzo and with lemony steamed green beans, but would go great with just about anything. the chicken was a little tough, might consider pan frying the strips whole THEN slicing in the future to help retain moisture.

Varied the recipe a bit cos it was too late to go to the shops but was delicious !
