This was just what I was looking for!! I had everything to make it. I did sprinkle the zucchini with salt and let it sit in a collider for a little bit to let some of the liquid release. I also added a little bit of bread crumbs to soak up any more moisture that might happen during baking. It smells amazing in the oven. It’s soooo yummy!!!

Excellent flavor. Did not have a tomato to add or fresh garlic. Used garlic powder. Still great tasting.

These were very yummy and fulfilled our cravings for pasta. I would suggest putting sliced provolone inside the boats before and after the filling is applied
