I used broccoli, snow peas, cauliflower, and carrots. I also roasted my vegetables with sesame seeds on top. This recipe is so delicious!!!

This was so easy to make! It will definitely be a regular for our fam. We did some simple brown rice with it. Good for weeknights when ur in a rush
