Made from a combination of greek yogurt with chopped onions, coriander, and Serrano chiles, the cooling flavors of the yogurt and coriander temper the heat of the Serrano chiles. Be sure to devein and deseed the Serrano chiles before chopping. Serve with your favorite crackers or tortilla chips.
- 1 liter greek yogurt (or dried jocoque)
- onions (chopped)
- coriander (chopped)
- serrano chilies (seeded, deveined, and chopped)
- tortilla chips
