Made from a combination of greek yogurt with chopped onions, coriander, and Serrano chiles, the cooling flavors of the yogurt and coriander temper the heat of the Serrano chiles. Be sure to devein and deseed the Serrano chiles before chopping. Serve with your favorite crackers or tortilla chips.

  • 1 liter greek yogurt (or dried jocoque)
  • onion (chopped)
  • coriander (chopped)
  • serrano chili (seeded, deveined, and chopped)
  • tortilla chips

Directions

Great recipe and nutritious as well! I wasn't sure that I would like a spicy flavor with greek yogurt, but it was a nice change-up!
