- 3 tablespoons Hellmann's or Best Foods Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper jelly (or mango chutney)
- 8 cups mixed salad greens (or baby spinach leaves)
- 2 cups cut up cooked chicken (about 12 oz.)
- 1 golden delicious apple (or medium red, thinly sliced)
- In small bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise with jelly; set aside.
- To serve, arrange salad greens on serving platter, then top with chicken, apple and mayonnaise mixture.
