  • 1 bunch kale
  • 4 small potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • water


  1. 1Boil water and poach the kale for 2 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2Return the kale to the pot, add the carrots and potatoes (cut into pieces).
  3. 3Add water.
  4. 4Season with salt.
