  • 16 chicken thighs (or breasts)
  • 1 stick butter (or butte)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed (or powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 can evaporated milk

    Directions

    1. Remove skin from chicken. Place butter in large skillet and melt. Add all spices and fry for 2 minutes. Add chicken to butter mixture; sprinkle to taste with salt and pepper.
    2. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally and turning chicken twice. Chicken is done when it appears tender and well browned (20-25 minutes). Place chicken and remaining mixture in large baking pan and pour milk over all. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
