It’s better not to add water in the first step - there will be water coming out of bok choy when it’s heated.

amazing recipie, andi listened to the comments and only did 1tlbs of sraricha. i used thai peanut sauce

It was good, next time I will cut the sriracha in half. It over powered the sauce a little.

I've made this a couple times. Last time, i didn't have peanut sauce but used all other ingredients plus fish sauce and plum sauce. Turned out great!

Very interesting combination of flavors. Easy to make. Will definitely make this again. We used fresh garlic since I had it on hand.
