- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- fresh parsley (garnish, optional)
- red bell pepper (small, garnish, optional)

Directions
- Blend together all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pour mixture into a small bowl, cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Garnish with parsley and red pepper. Makes 2 cups.
