This recipe was just delicious. I added sliced spam chunks to the cabbage ingredients, and used Pickapeppa sauce instead of cholula hot sauce (didn't have any), but followed the rest of the recipe as presented. I was afraid the amount of spices called for would be overbearing, but the taste and flavor for me was simply divine. I will be making this dish again...soon.
