The truffle is a bit too much for this receipe. If i would remake this i would probably use half or a quarter than what is stated. I used medium cheddar because there wasn't any white cheddar at the time. The sauce is a little bit too thick so i added around 2 tbsp milk to it. I added cruchy bacon bits as granished and it was the highlight of the recipe.
