- 1 red chili peppers (sliced)
- 2 teaspoons soybean paste (korean - deonjang)
- 5 teaspoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (for soup, guk ganjang)
- 2 tablespoons garlic (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon rice wine (cooking, or sake)
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 2 teaspoons shrimp (fermented - saewoojeot)
