I had a pumpkin that we meant to carve for Halloween but never did. It was a big thing so I made this plus two crockpots of pumpkin butter. This was just OK…pumpkin is a rather bland vegetable and the seasonings still didn’t give it any wow factor. It was a lot of work and just not exciting enough to make it worth it.
