  • 1 Lean Cuisine Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white onion (finely diced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups arugula
  • 1/4 cup water

    1. Defrost Lean Cuisine Roasted Turkey Breast and cut the turkey slices into cubes.
    2. In a medium saucepan over a medium high heat, add olive oil and sauté onion, cinnamon, cumin, chili powder and turmeric stirring regularly, until onions are translucent (about 4 minutes). Add the raisins and water.
    3. Reduce the heat to medium low and add the Lean Cuisine Roasted Turkey Breast and apples, stirring to combine.
    4. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes to warm the turkey through. Fold in the fresh arugula.
    5. To serve, remove from heat and transfer to bowls. Serve atop couscous, orzo or rice.

    Delicious with my modifications. I used about 2 cups cubed turkey breast (already cooked). When I added the raisins, I also added one chopped apple and I replaced the water with white wine. I served with orzo.
