    Not a fan, eggplant is hard to get right and this recipe does not cut it.

    I’m not a big fan of eggplant but I got it in my farm share and this recipe made it taste delicious. I did salt it and let it drain first and rinsed it off but that’s the only thing I didn’t follow in the directions. Yummers

    I made this without jalopeno because my daughter is allergic. This was so good! We ate it right out of the pan, it almost didn't make it to the table.

    It turned out exactly how it looks on this picture. It was alright. I'll try it again. I'm thinking I might have liked this more if I ate it with rice. Instead I ate this plain.

    Very spicy and warming. I will cook it again, That is for sure. I will make brown rice with it. Next time maybe with millet. :D
