- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. rosemary leaves
- grapefruit (A handful of peeled, ~1 tablespoon)
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 oz. syrup (simple rosemary, more to taste)
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. ginger (freshly sliced)
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 2 orange slices (blood)
- 3 slices fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup blood orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 Tbsp. ginger syrup (simple, or to taste)
- 4 ice cubes
- sparkling water (to top)

Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until syrup reduces to about 1/2 cup.
- Remove from heat and stir in the rosemary. Let steep in syrup for at least 20 minutes, or until cool. Strain syrup through a fine mesh strainer to remove rosemary leaves.

You have two steps in the instructions here using three ingredients out of 21 where are the rest of the directions for the recipe?
