  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 onions (medium, sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced (medium)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 8 ounces sweet peas (drained)
  • 12 pitted olives
  • 2 packages Knorr® Fiesta Sides Spanish Rice
  • 4 ounces pimentos (sliced, drained)

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken with onion and green pepper.
    2. Add water, wine, peas and olives. Bring to a boil over high heat.
    3. Stir in Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice; return to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in pimientos.

    it was yummy im a beginner so it was easy enough for me to do on my own. definately will. be making it again
