Description

With every mouthful of this dish there is burst of flavor. The combined ingredients of cheese, sugar, cinnamon and lemon zest bring a savor flavor to this dish. After it is baked there is a beautiful golden brown color that you will not be able to take your eyes off of.

Ingredients

1 container ricotta cheese
3 eggs
200 grams granulated sugar
80 grams butter (room temperature)
50 grams flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 lemon
salt

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
2Whisk together the ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar, butter, flour, ground cinnamon, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.
3Grease a pie tin and pour the batter in, making sure there is no more than 3 inches of batter.
4Bake for 40 minutes until golden. Cool and serve.
