  • 1 onion (medium)
  • 4 celery stalks (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (your favorite low-sugar, — I like Dave’s Gourmet because it’s organic and naturally low calorie.)
  • red pepper flakes (optional — I like it spicy so I add about 1/2 tsp. Feel free to leave out though.)
