An easy seafood spaghetti dish that can be made for a quick dinner. Ready in just 30 minutes, this recipe calls for pre-cooked octopus, fresh bell peppers, and all the best herbs and spices. Use gluten free pasta to make this dish gluten free friendly.


  • 6 spaghetti (portions)
  • 3 eggs
  • olive oil (. to taste)
  • 1 onion (small, chopped)
  • 5 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 500 grams cooked octopus, broken into small pieces
  • 1 lemon juice (small)
  • coriander (Chopped, to taste)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • olives (to taste)


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti, and cook to al dente. When it's ready, drain, and run under cold water.
  2. In small saucepan, boil the eggs.
  3. Heat a large skillet with a generous amount olive oil on medium heat. Add the onion and garlic. When they start to brown, add the octopus, and sprinkle with lemon juice:
  4. Add the chopped coriander and the bell pepper. Let cook for a while, stirring occasionally.
  5. In a large bowl, grate the cooked eggs, and add the olives. Add the spaghetti, and mix. Add the octopus, sprinkle with a little olive oil, and mix.
  6. Serve.

This dish was so good. I made some last night and I think I might have to have the leftovers for dinner again tonight. That says A LOT because I never eat left overs lol. Very delicious. It’s easy to be skeptical about octopus, but don't knock it til you try it. Again, very good. Thanks for sharing with us.
