good, enjoyed the flavor but there wasnt really enough sauce from the mushroom and garlic mix as I hoped. A future session with this recipe will focus on creating a fuller sauce rather than just a mix. Otherwise the flavor worked absolute wonders!!

Pleasantly surprised! Next time i might turn down the heat with less pepper flakes, but overall it was pretty delicious!
I really enjoyed this meal, it took no time to make and was tasty. I did substitute whole grain Barrila spaghetti for the recipe pasta. It turned out great.
It was nice.. not heavy. I substituted salt with liquid aminos..

It was delicious. I made it with zucchini noodles instead of regular pasta. I added the zucchini at the end with the white wine.

I couldn't find crimini mushrooms so I used white cap. Hubby and I enjoyed it very much. It was even better for lunch the next day. Dont rush the mushrooms. Let them good and sugary brown. Double the sauce for 4 servings. It was dry when I stretched it passed two.

This is a really easy recipe, perfect for beginners like me. You can't relly mess this up and it tastes extremely good ;) I used white wine vinegar instead of white wine and it was perfect.
