This hearty dish features fresh tomatoes, dill, and basil for a ton of bold flavor. The spaghetti and the tuna are both filling ingredients, making this dish a great choice for dinner. The best part is, this recipe comes together in under 40 minutes so you can make it even when you are pressed for time. The tuna is only cooked briefly, which ensures it stays tender. A sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds finishes the dish off with a bit of nutty flavor.

I was leery of this fritter recipe because of the absence of eggs, but they really are good. They make a nice appetizer or snack to warm the stomach. The green chilies punch up the batter with heat and spice. I thought they were delicious.
