Ingredients

1 onions (large, chopped)
2 garlic cloves (sliced)
2 tomatoes (ripe)
white wine (as needed)
500 grams clams (author´s suggestion: Vietnamese clams)
2 pepper (roasted)
noodles (Spaghetti, as needed)
broccoli (as needed)
1 bunch parsley
salt (to taste)
italian seasoning (ground)

Directions

1Begin by heating a splash of olive oil and sauteing the onion and garlic.
2Once the onion is translucent and soft, add the tomatoes and let the mix cook over medium-low heat.
3Lower the heat and add a splash of white wine (more can be added, according to preference).
4Add the clams, cover the pot, and shake while cooking over low heat until all the clams are open.
5Remove from the heat and set the mix aside.
