Ingredients

300 grams cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
250 grams pasta (choice)
200 grams cottage cheese
4 tablespoons basil pesto

Directions

1Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
2Mix cherry tomatoes with vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
3Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tomato skin starts to peel and open.
