Spaghetti with Artichokes, Codfish and Romesco

  • spaghetti
  • codfish (Fresh)
  • codfish (Smoked)
  • artichokes
  • Romesco sauce
  • salt
  • extra-virgin olive oil


  1. Clean artichokes and cut into quarters.
  2. Steam artichokes for about 8 minutes.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Boil spaghetti in plenty of salted water, according to package instructions.
  5. Cut fresh cod into cubes. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry cod.
  6. Add artichokes to pan during the last minutes of cooking cod.
  7. Drain spaghetti and mix spaghetti, artichokes, cooked cod and smoked cod cut into pieces.
  8. To serve, add romesco sauce to taste.
