This dish was a hit. i did alter the recipe adding tomato sauce and xheesento the top of it and i also added mushrooms to the mixture. my husband couldnt get enough. it remindes me more of a stuffed squash than a lasagna. we had enough for 2 days. i will definitely make this again.

It was good! I added a bit more spice, like Italian seasoning and sautéed the squash for a few min with the broccoli. Also, I put a bit of spaghetti sauce on the top after baking. It got the hubby’s approval to be a keeper

This was really good. The flavors worked really well together. I added a tomato based sauce and the results were great! 4 stars because I believed that it needed a sauce to be complete but still was good without.

This time I added some browned sausage and cut back on the pepper flakes a bit. As before, it was a very good and simple recipe that I will continue to use.

We added chicken, which I think brought it up just that much more!
Teresa 11 Nov 2018
So yummy! But I could have used more than 1 bunch of broccolini
Rick 5 Nov 2018
It turned out great. I actually added chicken to add protein, which helped. The portions turned out to be more than expected but the plus is, one more meal for later in the week.

This was delicious! We added some ground Italian sausage to it as well, which made it a perfect main course (although obviously not as healthy).

Very easy preperation and super quick. Used a large spaghetti squash, two portions of broccolini and threw in a bag of steamed vegetables. Excellent flavor and a good vegan meal for anyone.
Tina 14 Oct 2018

Sprague 14 Oct 2018

Ryan 11 Oct 2018
This was so easy and fast and delish! I will deff make it again. The hardest part was cutting the squash in half. Next time I think Im going to add chicken breast. I have two more squashes left and Im excited to have this again.

Delicious variation on the standard spaghetti squash. Definitely finish under the broiler, and use tin foil. The liquid that runs out of the squash carmelizes on the pan and is hard to get off.
