Absolutely delicious, my son, who screws up his nose at some of the stuff I make with spaghetti squash, enjoyed this cake. I served it without the frosting, and subbed the sugar with stevia........ I will make it again.

I like to try different flavors for cakes and cookies. Since vegetables are my favorite, I said to myself, WOW! this will be an excellent recipe to try and that´s true. It is indeed.
