Tasty combination without being too rich.

Delicious. Used Italian seasoning instead of thyme and a lot of extra cheese

Loved, had to microwave the spaghetti squash first to be able to cut it open. I Recommend topping with lots of pepper.

Made this tonight. It was great with no changes. Fresh thyme yum. Actually warmed it off the fire on the barbecue.

This dish turned out really good and by cooking the squash a day ahead it was so quick and easy to prepare! I liked all the reviews and used suggested ricotta cheese and plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream with 1/2 a chopped jalapeño to add more spice!

Really really good! Has tons of great flavour and a nice creamy texture. Wouldn't change anything.....except I would make more next time :)

This was so good. Following low carb diet and fits in well. Hubby liked it too! Made with no modifications. Will make again.

Very GOOD, easy to add a low fat meat to, and use as a casserole-one dish meal! I added shredded chicken breast. The rest of my family liked it too.Love the recipes, like this one, that replaces all the high carb pastas and rices, but taste just as good, or better.

This dish is delicious! My whole family loved it! Making it again tonight as we have so many spaghetti squash that are needing to be used up! Very cheesy, very satisfying side dish. Would be a great dish to take to a family gathering or potluck supper.
