It was delicious! I would definitely let the eggs sit out for about 45 minutes before preparation. But besides that I wouldn’t change anything. Had a bowl of this and sprinkled red pepper. Amazing!!

Turned out super tasty! It was my first time making it and my husband and his family loved it!!
I really like this dish. I added onion, substituted dry Sargento parmesan cheese for fresh? red pepper flakes, and topped it with very little cheddar cheese. This was super good. I'm not good with the eggs as mine started to scramble even though I worked and stirred quickly. This was my biggest challenge.

I kind of messed this up (didn’t save noodle water) and it still turned out okay. Wasn’t as heavy as other carbonaras which was good too
Outstanding easy meal. I replaced the parsley with fresh lemon basil from the garden. I’m going to add grape tomatoes tonight Even better

Super simple and tasty. Even I (who never cooks ever) was able to follow along
I doubled the recipe and used probably too much parm, but it still turnes out really yummy. watch your bacon though, I used something with a smokey flavor and that flavor permeated the whole dish. this was an easy recipe, and tasted really good.

Real easy to make. Next time will add onions and double the egg mixture as it was not quite enough.

I liked the idea of this recipe and the use of bacon as an alternate protein option. I followed the instructions, however I added a full bag of fresh spinach to the dish. I was really worried about the eggs and how they would turn out and I believe it came out right. My only complaint was that this was a dry dish. Even with the reserved pasta water that I added in the end didn't give it a creamy texture like I would have hoped. Next time I will use half and half or some kind of cream to thicken and create a creamy sauce.

OMG this was so good. i did not need to add any salt because i added 2 more slices of bacon.
Easy ingredients to prepare and it came out delicious! Lick the plate good! Healthy and filling.
Excellent! I will be making this a staple of the meals I cook, used angel hair pasta instead of spaghetti.
