delicious! i just added a teaspoon of sugar to neutralise the sour of the tomatoe a bit, otherwise my kids wouldn't eat it...

I loved this recipe. I made WAY too much, that i ended up bringing to work and sharing with my coworkers (I work with sisters from New Jersey who were Italian and THEY LOVED IT) my hubby and youngest son did not care for it. Son is not a huge spaghetti/lasagna fan, and hubby is just plain picky. But this is something you can totally make ahead, freeze, save for later, and it honestly tastes better each day (lots of leftovers, I know!) LOL
