Really tasty, fast enough to make for a weeknight. Easy to make it a bit blackened in the pan though so either take it easy on the heat when browning or sieve out the black bits in the sauce.

Great! Would make it again

I have made this many times and it is one of my family's favorites. I usually add a couple more cloves of garlic but otherwise make the marinade just as the recipe states. The pan sauce is definitely worth the extra step. I always keep chicken broth in the pantry so I use that along with the reserved marinade.

This is my go to pork tenderloin recipe. Super easy and it gives the pork a melt it your mouth, juicy texture. I serve it over rice so that the rice soaks up all the sauce and it's just amazing! Another great recipe from Beth!

This is by far the best pork meal I have had. Melt in your mouth tender! I paired it with some mixed veggies frizzed with a maple butter glaze. Amazing!

Tasted like it was a lot harder to prepare than it really was! My kind of recipe! Definitely make the pan sauce to go with it.

This was unbelievable. Definitely take the time to make the pan sauce. I used marinade. Really great flavor.
