  • 12 5/16 ounces silken tofu (I like Mori-Nu organic)
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram (dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive (and/or canola oil)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
