Quite good! We ended up using it as a filling in flour tortillas with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and grilled shrimp . Made some Spanish rice too. Everyone loved it. Oh yeah, we scooped some up with blue corn tortillas too...yum!
i have learned that a recipe is a great place to start and I add the spices that make my tongue dance....i love cumin, coriander and cilantro...when a smoked(homemade) sea salt is added the flavor is taken to the next level

Excellent! Everyone loved it! Will definitely make this again. Shared recipe was several people.. Did change the guacamole recipe to one of my own.
