Not bad!! It's certainly hardy. I like it. I may actually add more salsa next time. Maybe some corn or a another bean.

My family really enjoyed this, perfect to pop on in the morning and ready and waiting when I got home from work. Made a veggie alternative for my husband using a can of mixed beans in place of the beef and veggie stock. Will definitely be making again.
