  • 1 pound ground turkey (lean, 93/7)
  • 2 tablespoons flour (preferably white whole wheat)
  • 1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken stock
  • 1 pound frozen vegetables (mixed, I used corn, carrots, green beans and peas)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
