Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bow-tie pasta (or rotini)
  • 2/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno chilies (seeded and finely chopped, optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes (halved or cherry tomatoes, quartered)
  • 1 green bell pepper (small, chopped)
  • 11 ounces mexicorn (or 1 cup thawed frozen whole kernel corn)
  • 3 green onions (thinly sliced)

Directions

  1. Cook bow ties according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
  2. In large bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno pepper and salt. Add remaining ingredients; toss well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
